Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please go to your "My Orders" page and select the cancel option, or contact our customer support team immediately. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best quality products. However, due to the customized nature of our products (e.g., personalized wallets, keychains), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us to return the item within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 4-5 days.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
